Rejection

If you are suffering from infidelity in your wedding, all the statistics in the world probably mean nothing to you. Right now, all you can think about is the way mistrust has and is impacting you. You are probably experiencing a number of different feelings and, you might Don't let rejection break your heartworry that you are losing your peace of mind because of the strong, adverse, psychological effect of this situation. Such adverse feelings are difficult to put behind you and many people experience there is no way to ever restore that relationship.

Rejection

It’s difficult to not feel rejected when your loved one has replaced you with somebody else. It seems that everything is falling apart and that the whole world is against you. But you have to realize that it’s only a relationship that is failing. I’m not trying to be cold and heartless here, but the sooner you realize that other people still love you, the sooner you will be back on your feet.

Try to surround yourself with those who respect and love you. Don’t let the little voice in your mind tell you that youare not worthy. You are! And your friends and familly are there to help you. This situation was not caused by your action and you did not deserve this.

Changing habits

Change is good! You need to get that dark grey mindset out of the way and surround yourself with positive thinking. Start working out, go easy on that one. You don’t want to fail and feel miserable at this. Start slowly and be consistent. Getting in a better shape will open your mind and help you build back that lost confidence.

Try to read positive stuff, biographys are great for this. Get inspired by out of the ordinary people and people who surmounted great difficulties in their life.

“Great difficulties may be surmounted by patience and perseverance.” – Abigail Smith Adams Letter to John Adams (27 November 1775)

Moving on

Ultimately you will have to meet someone new. I see 2 approaches to this: the early rebound date or the “take your time and let it come to you approach”. There’s no magic receipt and throwing yourself in the arms of another cheater certainly won’t help yourself confidence. Not taking chances and not letting anyone new enter your life is not an option either!

Talk with friends about this and take your time. Things will come out right, they always do.
